*We take pride in the quality and durability of our products. That said, the materials used (for example: metal alloy mix), like virtually *all* materials, are not indestructible. The plating used on our chains, which strengthens the links and gives each its own appearance, can corrode over time due to repeated or prolonged exposure to chemicals and other environmental factors. We advise our customers to avoid exposing metals to liquid or moisture of any kind, and if that isn't possible, at least try to limit the time and frequency of exposure. Store with care in a cool, dry place.
The quality of our products are assessed upon arrival and again during the packing process. Because of this, we aren't liable for any wear and tear after the point of sale and will therefore not offer refunds or replacements unless pre-sale damage or manufacturing fault can be clearly proven.
